The Department of Justice (DOJ) is hiding information that would expose Joe Biden’s scheme to meddle in all future elections and in doing so the DOJ is tactically delaying its response to a federal court order. Last week, The Federalist reported on how the DOJ I “slow-walking its response” to an order by a federal court asking the agency to forfeit the records of Biden’s executive order on increasing federal role in state elections. In March 2021, Biden issued Executive Order 14019 – which his administration and the media publicized as “Promoting Access to Voting” but critics from the conservative side saw it as direct federal interference in the election arrangements that are the constitutional right of individual states. The order authorizes hundreds of federal agencies to participate in elections by driving people toward mail-in ballots and “assist” them in completing the application process for voting by mail. Virginia-based professor and author Kenneth E. Long wrote about Biden’s Executive Order 14019 and said: This Executive Order attempts to federalize election laws to benefit the Left and keep the Democratic Party in power. The Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA) – the Florida-based conservative think tank – asked the DOJ in July 2021 via open records request for details of Biden’s executive order. The DOJ did not respond to the request, so in April 2022, the FGA sued the agency. Last month, the DOJ finally turned over a limited number of records to the FGA but only after heavily redacting them. The conservatives are particularly interested in learning how the DOJ plans to carry out Biden’s orders for “assisting” the voters in various states in future elections. The agency has a 15-page “strategic plan” that it has been hiding from the FGA – the plan that reveals their exact role in the elections per Biden’s directions. It has now filed a motion for summary judgment with the Fort Myers Division of the U.S. Middle District Court to keep the records and its strategic plan from going public. This refusal of the DOJ to come out clean and share its role in the coming elections has strengthened the conviction that the federal agency has corrupt designs targeting all future elections to rob conservatives of the due election process and fair results. In July, conservative author, speaker, and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza raised the question over the DOJ’s decision to sue Arizona for requiring proof of citizenship to vote in elections.
