After the 2016 election, the travel ban, the Comey firing, and the Brett Kavanaugh hearings, you may believe that you’ve seen the mainstream media at its absolute worst over the last three years. But while that might be true from a historical standpoint, something tells us…we ain’t seen nuthin’ yet. Fresh off two extraordinary embarrassments – the Covington Catholic story and the Jussie Smollett hoax – the media is raring to get themselves a win at the expense of conservative America. And with Robert Mueller apparently putting the finishing touches on his long-overdue report, they are going to launch themselves into a hysterical supernova next week when and if it is finally released to the public.

Hold onto your hats and hike up your pants; there’s about to be a whole lotta cow dung flying at you when this thing hits the airwaves.

From CNN (where you can undoubtedly expect some of the worst such explosions):

Attorney General Bill Barr is preparing to announce as early as next week the completion of special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation, with plans for Barr to submit to Congress soon after a summary of Mueller’s confidential report, according to people familiar with the plans.

The preparations are the clearest indication yet that Mueller is nearly done with his almost two-year investigation.

The precise timing of the announcement is subject to change.

The scope and contours of what Barr will send to Congress remain unclear. Also unclear is how long it will take Justice officials to prepare what will be submitted to lawmakers.

But with President Donald Trump soon to travel overseas for a summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, Justice officials are mindful of not interfering with the White House’s diplomatic efforts, which could impact the timing.

Oh. Oh ho ho ho. We just BET they are.

We’re not going to speculate on what may be in Mueller’s report. How could we? Say what you will about the former FBI Director, he damn sure knew how to run a tight, leak-free ship. So whether or not he comes out and accuses the President of the United States of obstructing justice or not, we can’t even begin to predict.

But there is one thing we know to a near-certainty: He will not, in any way shape or form, accuse the president of “colluding” with the Russian government to steal an American election. You know how we know that? Because Donald Trump is still in office. The FBI/American intelligence apparatus is not going to sit by and allow a Putin puppet to pretend to be the rightful president just so they can go through the motions of relaying a report to Congress. Nuh-uh. Sorry. Not in a million years.

And if this whole thing is not about Trump being a Putin puppet, then what the hell is it about, exactly? Stormy Daniels? Roger Stone and WikiLeaks? The Magnitsky Act? Firing James Comey?

Well, to the media, it is about all of those things and then some, but let us never forget what the left wanted us to believe all along: That our president is bought, compromised, and controlled by Moscow. If the report says anything less than that (and it will), there needs to be a reckoning for every Democrat, liberal pundit, and former Obama official who insinuated it over the last three years.

Yes, the media’s going to make a whole lot of noise when this thing gets released. A lot of it will be for the purpose of making the American people forget what Robert Mueller was supposed to be investigating in the first place.
