(TotalConservative.com) – Hunter Biden, the disgraced son of President Joe Biden, just filed a counter lawsuit against the owner of the computer repair shop that turned in Biden’s laptop to authorities after it was left at his shop.
The countersuit was filed in a Delaware district court on Friday. The computer repair shop owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, is being accused of six counts of invasion of privacy for distributing personal data belonging to Hunter Biden.
According to Isaac, a man who he identifies as Hunter Biden dropped off three laptops to be repaired at his shop in April 2019. Only one of the laptops was able to be fixed, and in the process of repairing it, Isaac discovered disturbing files on its hard drive. After the customer failed to return to claim the computer within 90 days and Isaac was unable to contact him, Isaac did a keyword search of the emails around June or July 2019 and then contacted the FBI.
The FBI made a forensic backup of the laptop’s contents, and a few weeks later they returned with a subpoena and confiscated the device. Isaac stopped hearing from them and eventually decided to contact members of Congress, but received no response. Through a third person, Isaac contacted Robert Costello, Rudy Giuliani’s attorney, and they eventually leaked the story to the New York Post.
After the story broke during the 2020 election debates, major social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube all cracked down on it, censoring as well as suspending users who shared the story. The suppression of the story was confirmed after Elon Musk released the Twitter files, which showed the FBI pressured the platform to bury the story.
In a letter from his lawyers in February 2023 pleading to the DOJ for a criminal probe of Isaac, Giuliani, and Steve Bannon, Hunter Biden basically admitted the laptop was his, which this countersuit further confirms.
